Erik Jon Slangerup is the author of Molly and the Machine and Molly and the Mutants, books 1 and 2 of Far Flung Falls, a middle-grade adventure series. He has also written several picture books, including the award-winning Dirt Boy. Erik descends from a long line of Viking explorers, who inspired him to write tales of adventure with creatures of mythical proportion. Prior to children’s books, he enjoyed a career as a creative thinker and writer in the worlds of advertising and tech. Based in Columbus, Ohio, Erik is the father of six, which has been his greatest adventure yet.
